The honest, coarse, published open-model audit spine. Every route + schema below is derived from the Ash resource — no hand-maintained contract.

• /api/attestations — the attestation-VERIFY plane: which models we hold a signed dossier for, the published verify keys, and a runnable offline recipe. Unlisted models are ones we hold no signed evidence behind — take the difference against /api/model_records yourself
• GET /api/attestations/:hf_id — one model's signed attestation, or an explicit, coded, self-describing negative (the slash is a real path separator here — do not percent-encode it)
